Shipping, Returns & Product Care

When is my poster printed?

Each Quiet Mind physical poster is printed on demand after your order is placed.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination. Shipping and any handling fee are shown before payment is completed.

Can I return or exchange a poster?

Because each physical poster is custom printed for the order, standard buyer-remorse returns and exchanges are not available. Please review the product size, artwork and details carefully before ordering. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

What if my poster arrives damaged or has a print-quality problem?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a clear photo of the damage or serious print-quality issue. Eligible print-on-demand problems can be replaced or refunded through the fulfillment process.

What coloring tools can I use?

Colored pencils, gel pens, water-based markers, paint pens and other dry or light media suited to matte paper are good starting choices. Test your chosen medium in a small area first. Alcohol markers can bleed through paper, so always use a protective backing surface. Bleed-proof performance has not been verified.

Does a frame come with the poster?

No. Frames and coloring tools are not included. Framed-room images are display examples.

Is the poster already colored?

No. Our coloring posters are supplied uncolored, as shown in the uncolored product image. Partially colored and fully colored examples demonstrate creative and display possibilities.

How large is the poster?

Moonlit Drift is 18 × 24 inches in a vertical 3:4 format, printed on enhanced matte paper (189 g/m²; 10.3 mil / 0.26 mm).
