Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 3, 2026

The Quiet Mind Project is operated by Harper Publishing LLC. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit www.thequietmindproject.com, place an order or contact us.

For privacy questions or requests, email thequietmindprojectsupport@gmail.com or use our contact form.

Information used for orders and support

When you order, the checkout collects information needed to process and deliver your purchase, such as your name, email address, delivery address and any phone number or billing information requested at checkout. Order records include the products, quantity, amounts, transaction reference, payment status and fulfillment status.

When you contact us, we receive your email address, subject and message, along with any order details or photos you choose to send. We use this information to answer questions, handle delivery issues and assess requests about damaged or defective items. Please do not send full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information by email or through the contact form.

Payments, storefront and fulfillment

Sellfy provides our storefront, checkout, order records and customer communications. Stripe processes payments. Payment details are handled through the payment service; the store receives transaction information needed to confirm and manage your order. Do not use our support inbox to provide card numbers or security codes.

Physical posters are printed on demand. Information needed to produce and deliver an order, including the purchased item and delivery details, is provided through Sellfy's fulfillment process to the production and delivery services involved.

We use order and payment records to fulfill purchases, provide support, address refunds or disputes, and meet applicable accounting and legal obligations.

Communications

Sellfy sends order-related messages, such as purchase confirmations and shipping updates. Its order activity records can show whether a confirmation email was delivered or opened. Support messages sent to our Gmail address are handled using Google's email service. This policy does not treat a purchase or a support inquiry as permission to send unrelated promotional emails.

Cookies, analytics and measurement

The storefront and its service providers use cookies or similar browser technologies to operate online services. These technologies can support cart functionality, security and measurement. Service providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, page URL and visit activity when your browser connects to their services.

Google Analytics 4 is installed to measure store visits and shopping activity. The store is configured to report activity such as product views, checkout activity and purchases, including product or transaction references and amounts.

A Pinterest tag is also installed for website and conversion measurement. It is configured to report page visits and eligible add-to-cart and purchase events, including value, currency, quantity and an event identifier. Browser storage is used to help avoid reporting the same purchase repeatedly. Pinterest's handling of information, including how it relates to Pinterest activity and personalization, is described in its privacy policy.

hCaptcha is configured as the store's CAPTCHA provider for abuse prevention. When used, it can process browser, device and interaction information to help distinguish people from automated activity.

You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser and review the privacy choices offered by Google and Pinterest. Blocking cookies or scripts may affect checkout or other store features. Browser controls do not necessarily prevent every form of service-provider processing.

Service providers and other disclosures

The providers described above handle information needed for their services. Their own policies explain their processing and choices available to you:

Provider processing may take place outside your country. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by law or to address a legal claim, fraud or misuse. This policy does not describe all providers as using information only on our behalf; their roles and obligations depend on the service and applicable law.

Retention and security

Retention depends on the information and why it is needed. Order, payment and support records may need to remain available for fulfillment, customer service, accounting, dispute handling or legal requirements. Service providers also apply their own retention rules. There is no single deletion period promised for all information in this policy. Contact us about a particular record or deletion request.

No online service or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please keep order-access links private and contact us if you believe information about your order has been exposed.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also have rights concerning targeted advertising or disclosures legally defined as a sale or sharing of personal information, and to complain to a privacy regulator.

Send requests to thequietmindprojectsupport@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some records may need to be retained, and some requests may need to be directed to a provider that handles information independently. We will assess requests under applicable law; this policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as the store or its services change. The date above identifies the latest version. Where additional notice or consent is required by applicable law, an updated policy alone does not replace that requirement.
